Our services focus strictly on design and visual strategy, ensuring that slides are clear, engaging, and aligned with best practices in presentation aesthetics. We do not offer copywriting, content creation, fact-checking, or strategic messaging development. All textual content, data, statistics, claims, and messaging within a presentation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

If moné and the client nevertheless agree on certain copywriting-related tasks, such as minor text adjustments, formatting refinements, or content structuring guidance, the client acknowledges full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all text provided. By approving the final presentation, the client explicitly verifies and confirms that all content - including any modified or suggested text - has been reviewed and is accurate, complete, and legally compliant. Moné is not liable for any errors, misinterpretations, or consequences resulting from content modifications, and the client agrees to indemnify and hold moné harmless from any claims arising from the use of such content.

Clients are fully responsible for providing accurate, legally compliant, and appropriate content for their presentations. Moné does not verify or validate the accuracy of any information provided by the client, nor do we assume responsibility for any factual errors, misleading statements, or legal implications that may arise from the content included in the final presentation. While we offer design recommendations and layout guidance, these are advisory in nature, and the final decisions regarding structure, narrative flow, and content placement rest entirely with the client.

Moné retains ownership of all original design concepts, creative assets, and proprietary design methodologies developed during the project.However, once a design is finalized and approved by the client, moné grants full usage rights to the client for that specific project. Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any images, logos, fonts, or third-party assets provided to moné for        incorporation into their presentation. Moné is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property issues related to assets supplied by the client.

Our role is to enhance the visual quality of presentations, ensuring that they are well-structured, aesthetically polished, and aligned with the client’s branding and messaging goals. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, audience engagement levels, or presentation success, as these depend on factors beyond design, including content quality, delivery, and context. Moné does not participate in public speaking coaching, scriptwriting, or strategic consulting beyond design-focused recommendations.

By engaging with moné’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, understanding the scope and limitations of our role in the presentation development process.
